What you need

tbsp tomato paste

cup coconut milk

tbsp ginger paste

tsp garam masala

tsp coriander powder
tsp red chili powder

tsp turmeric powder

tsp curry powder

salt

cup veggie mix

cup dried chickpeas

puff pastry

cilantro

sesame seed
Instructions
1: Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat, add oil. 2: Add in ginger paste, tomato paste & cook for 1 minute. 3: Add all spices & cook for 2-3 minutes. 4: Add in the veggies, chickpeas, 1/4 cup of water & mix well. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. 5: Add in coconut milk & let it come to a simmer. 6: Roll out the partially thawed puff pastry sheet. 7: Spread the pastry sheet on top of the skillet with the tikka masala veggies. 8: Using a fork, seal the pastry sheets and create some holes on the top of the pie. 9: Sprinkle sesame seeds on the pie. 10: Bake at 375 degrees F (205 °C) for 15-20 minutes or until nicely golden brown and puffy all over. 11: Remove from the oven. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Top with cilantro, slice as you like and serve.View original recipe
