Melt the vegan dark chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave (in 30-sec intervals). Stir in the cardamom powder until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray and spread evenly to about ½ cm thick. Sprinkle over chopped kaju katli, motichoor ladoo bits, and crushed pistachios.
