tsp active yeast

salt
tsp baking powder

tsp italian seasoning

tsp red pepper flake

tsp nutritional yeast
tsp oil
cup warm water

cup bell pepper

cup black olives

cup pizza sauce
cup vegan mozzarella
Instructions
1: Make the pizza batter by adding all of the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well. 2: Add in the oil and warm water, mix until the mixture is like a pancake batter. 3: Let this mixture sit for 20-25 minutes until it gets bubbly. 4: Heat your waffle iron. 5: Add a spoonful of the pizza batter to the waffle iron and spread it around to form a thin layer. 6: Add a small spoonful of the pizza sauce at every corner, but not too much. 7: Top with peppers, olives, and shredded mozzarella. 8: Add another layer of the pizza batter on top, without covering the entire surface. 9: Let the waffle cook until it’s golden brown on both sides, flipping if necessary. 10: Repeat for all waffles, transferring prepared waffles onto a rack to avoid sogginess. 11: Serve immediately for best results; reheat in the oven for 5-10 mins if needed.View original recipe
