What you need

cup almond milk
tbsp oil

tbsp almond butter

tsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

cup rolled oats

cup almond flour

cup coconut sugar

tbsp coconut flour

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
tsp lemon zest
cup blueberry

cup water

tbsp powdered sugar

tbsp blueberry juice

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a donut pan and set aside. 2: Add all ingredients to a blender (minus the blueberries & glaze ingredients) and blend on high until smooth. The mixture will be thick! 3: Fold in the blueberries into the batter with a spatula. 4: Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan. Bake for 16-18 mins until the donuts are springy to the touch. Let it cool. 5: For the glaze, whisk together all ingredients of glaze and let it heat up for a couple of minutes. Let it cool and glaze the cooled donuts.View original recipe
