tsp turmeric powder

tbsp coriander powder
tbsp mustard oil
dried chilli
hing

tsp cumin seed

tsp mustard seed

tbsp fennel seed

cup water
Instructions
1: Heat mustard oil in a pan, and temper it with dried red chili, mustard, cumin, fennel seeds, and hing. 2: Add the tomatoes along with the rest of the ingredients, and cook them covered until they have softened (about 5 minutes). 3: Remove from heat once the desired consistency is reached. 4: Once cool, pour it into an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks.View original recipe
