Instructions
1: Prepare the batter by mixing Gram Flour, Rice flour, carrom seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, asafoetida, and Salt in a bowl. 2: For the stuffing, combine boiled squash or banana, chopped small chilies, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, crushed fennel seeds, asafoetida, Salt, and chopped cilantro in another bowl. 3: Stuff the New Mexico Green Chiles with the prepared stuffing. 4: Coat each stuffed chili with the batter. 5: Spray the battered chiles with oil and place them in the air fryer. 6: Air fry the chiles until they are golden and crispy.View original recipe
