Instructions
1: On a cast iron pan, heat some vegan butter on a medium flame. 2: Add boiled sweet corn, tofu, and ginger; sauté for 5 minutes. 3: Add in boiled peanuts and all the sauce ingredients. 4: Stir fry for a few more minutes. 5: Add fresh veggies, top with lemon juice and cilantro. 6: Spoon into shot glasses. 7: Garnish with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds, and top with Mi Niña Tortilla Chips.View original recipe
