Instructions
1: Add oil to a big wide heavy bottom pan or wok. 2: Once warm, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and all the nuts/seeds/raisins/oats and coconut flakes. 3: Saute on low heat until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning. 4: Add the chilly powder, turmeric, chaat masala, dry mango powder, and salt; mix well to lightly cook the spices. 5: Next, add all your cereals to the mixture, ensuring everything is coated well. 6: Cook on low heat, constantly stirring. 7: Once cooled, store in an airtight container and enjoy.View original recipe
