tbsp cumin powder
tbsp oil

tbsp cilantro

Instructions
1: Add rava, ragi flour, yogurt, and water in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside for 20-30 mins. 2: Add carrot, green chillies, ginger, salt, tadka, and coriander leaves, and mix well. 3: Add eno right before steaming. 4: In the greased idli plates, add sesame seeds and drop the idli batter on top. 5: Steam for 8-10 minutes or till the idli is done. 6: Serve with chutney.View original recipe
