cup urad dal

Instructions
1: Soak quinoa & dal separately for 8 hours. 2: Add oats and blend after a few hours, using ice cubes instead of water to keep the batter cool. 3: Let it ferment for up to 12 hours. 4: Add salt and prepare dosas in a cast iron pan. 5: Dosas can also be made immediately with the same batter without fermenting.View original recipe
