1: Boil the water, oil, ajwain, and salt in a saucepan. 2: When you see bubbles, turn off the gas, add in the flour and spinach, and stir quickly with a spatula. 3: Let the mixture combine and cool a bit, then knead the dough into a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes. 4: Make small balls from the dough, add some dry flour on top, and roll them out into thin rotis. 5: Put the rolled-out roti on a tava, let it start rising, and cook it on the flame directly for a few seconds. 6: Add some ghee or vegan butter to your hot rotis and serve with daal, curry, yogurt, or aam ras.View original recipe
