Instructions
1: Start on your tadka (temper your spices). Put your instant pot on ‘Sauté mode’. Add the ghee/oil to your pot and let it get very hot. 2: Add the rest of the tadka ingredients gradually. 3: Next, add the daal ingredients & mix well. 4: Set pressure cook settings to sealing, High, Natural Release, for 2 minutes. 5: Top with lime & cilantro.View original recipe
