A no-bake healthy and beautiful vegan dessert that's creamy and luscious, perfect for hot summer days. This Mango Mousse Panna Cotta is made in two layers, featuring mango puree, aquafaba, and coconut milk, topped with fresh berries and mint.

What you need

cup water

tbsp sugar

cup coconut milk
tbsp custard powder

cup mango puree

tbsp sugar
tsp ginger powder

tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
1: Heat up all ingredients of layer 1: mango puree, water, sugar, and agar agar powder. 2: Tilt the serving cups using a muffin tin and pour in layer 1 mixture. Let it set for a couple of hours. 3: Whip the aquafaba to stiff peaks. 4: Heat up the remaining ingredients of layer 2: aquafaba, coconut milk, custard powder, mango puree, sugar, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder, and let it cool a bit. 5: Mix the cooled layer 2 mixture in with whipped aquafaba and pour it over the set layer 1. 6: Let it chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. 7: Top with fresh berries or chopped mangoes and mint before serving.View original recipe
