What you need

cup almond milk
tbsp oil

tbsp almond butter

tsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

cup rolled oats

cup almond flour

cup coconut sugar

tbsp coconut flour

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
tsp lemon zest
cup fresh blueberries

cup water

tbsp powdered sugar

tbsp blueberry juice

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a donut pan and set aside. 2: Add all ingredients (except blueberries and glaze ingredients) to a blender and blend on high until smooth. 3: Fold in the blueberries into the batter with a spatula. 4: Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan. 5: Bake for 16-18 minutes until the donuts are springy to the touch. Let cool. 6: For the glaze, whisk together all glaze ingredients and heat until warm. Let cool and glaze the cooled donuts.View original recipe
