1: Mix besan, buttermilk, turmeric powder, grated ginger, green chillies, asafoetida, and salt in a bowl until smooth. 2: Pour the mixture onto a microwave-safe plate and microwave in increments of 2 minutes until set. 3: Once set, let it cool slightly before rolling it up. 4: For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. 5: Add grated coconut and mix well. 6: Garnish the rolled Khandvi with the seasoning and chopped cilantro before serving.View original recipe
