What you need

Instructions
1: Soak 1/2 cup of Jowar grain overnight (preferably 15 hours minimum). 2: Soak 2 tablespoons each of moong beans, chickpeas, white peas, and black chickpeas overnight. 3: Wash all soaked ingredients 3 times until water runs clear. 4: Heat oil or ghee in an instant pot or pressure cooker. 5: Add cumin seeds and Asafoetida, then add soaked Jowar and beans. 6: Add 3 cups of water for an instant pot or 3.5 cups for a pressure cooker, add salt and optional green chili paste. 7: Pressure cook for 6 whistles or cook in an instant pot for 25 minutes. 8: Mix well and serve.View original recipe
