Instructions
1: Grease the dhokla plates and have your dhokla steamer or cooker ready with boiling water. 2: Mix all ingredients except Eno and lemon juice to make a smooth batter. 3: When the water is boiling, add Eno and lemon juice to the batter and mix well. 4: Divide the batter between the prepared plates and top with sesame seeds. 5: Steam for 10-12 minutes until a knife comes out clean. 6: Optional - Prepare tadka using mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, cilantro, and 2 tbsp water, and pour it over the dhoklas. 7: Enjoy with green chutney!View original recipe
