What you need

cup wheat flour
cup semolina
tsp carom seeds

tsp salt
tbsp oil

tsp red pepper flake
baking powder
Instructions
1: Mix oats flour, whole wheat flour, semolina, carom seeds, salt, oil, red pepper flakes, and baking powder together. 2: Sprinkle water little by little to make a tight dough. 3: Let the dough rest for a few minutes. 4: Make balls from the dough, making a little dent in the center of each ball for even baking. 5: Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. 6: Once cool, crush the baatis, drizzle some ghee, and top with panchmela daal.View original recipe
