What you need

cup green cabbage

tsp lemon juice

cup rolled oats
tbsp oil

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt
tsp red chili powder
tsp asafoetida

cup peas

tbsp ginger paste

cilantro
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to pop, add asafoetida. 2: Add the spices and chopped cabbage (and optional bell peppers) with 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well, cover, and cook on medium heat until cabbage is half cooked. 3: Add frozen peas (that have been soaked in hot water) and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage is three-quarters cooked. 4: Add tomatoes and lemon juice, then turn off the heat. 5: For the Jowar Oats Roti, add tofu into a food processor to purée it. Then add rolled oats, jowar flour, salt, and hot water, kneading the dough slowly. 6: Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Take a small ball of dough, knead it, roll it out with dry flour, and cook on both sides. 7: Finally, cook the roti on an open flame until it puffs up.View original recipe
