What you need

tsp cumin seed

cup fresh cilantro
green chilli

Instructions
1: In a bowl, add green moong dal & quinoa, and rinse them well in water 2-3 times. 2: Add enough water and let them soak for 5-6 hours. 3: Once done, discard the water and grind them into a fine paste along with oats, salt, cumin seeds, ginger, cilantro, and green chillies. 4: Add water to adjust the consistency of the dosa. 5: Heat a dosa pan, and pour the batter in the center. Spread to make a dosa. 6: Pour oil on the sides and center until the bottom is crisp and golden brown. 7: Optionally spread some podi chutney powder on the dosa. 8: Serve immediately with your favourite chutney.View original recipe
