tsp oil

tsp turmeric powder
warm water
Instructions
1: Combine oats flour, jowar flour, whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander seed powder, ajwain seeds, oil, and salt in a bowl. 2: Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until it is smooth. 3: Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut it into shapes. 4: Cook the dhoklis in boiling water until they float to the top. 5: Serve the dhoklis with cooked lentils and garnish with cabbage salad, cilantro, lemon juice, and papad.View original recipe
