A quick & simple vegan dessert that combines layers of powdered Biscoff cookies, smooth rose pudding, and crunchy sesame brittle for a rich yet healthy treat. This dessert is mildly sweet and features aromatic rose flavors with the cinnamon taste of Biscoff cookies, all made without added sugar.

What you need

tbsp rice syrup
tbsp custard powder

tsp vanilla extract

cup sesame seed

tsp coconut oil
cup jaggery

Instructions
1: In a pan, combine milk, rose syrup, cornstarch/custard, agar/carrageenan powder, and vanilla. Whisk well. 2: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and is smooth. 3: For the sesame brittle, dry roast sesame seeds in a pan for 5 minutes. 4: Heat coconut oil in a pan, add soft jaggery, and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. 5: Turn off the flame, add the roasted sesame seeds, and mix well. 6: Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or parchment paper, roll thinly, and cut into desired shapes. Allow to cool completely. 7: Layer the pudding on top of the Biscoff cookies in a dessert cup, chill in the refrigerator for a few hours, top with sesame brittle, and serve.View original recipe
