tsp baking powder

tsp salt
tsp ajwain

tbsp methi
tbsp oil

cup water
Instructions
1: To a large bowl, add oats flour, whole wheat flour, sooji, baking powder, salt, ajwain, and kasuri methi, and mix everything together. 2: Add oil and rub it into the flour by mixing with your fingers. 3: Add water a little at a time and knead to a stiff dough, cover the dough and rest it for 20 minutes. 4: Roll the dough using a rolling pin to a thickness between 1/6 to 1/8 inch. 5: Cut the dough vertically into strips and then diagonally to create diamonds, 3/4 inch wide. 6: Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until crispy. 7: Enjoy with a cup of tea!View original recipe
