What you need

cup cashew
tsp salt

tsp pepper

tbsp nutritional yeast

tbsp lemon juice
dried basil
italian seasoning

water

cup cherry tomato
cup baby bell peppers
cup broccoli

tbsp olive oil
salt

pepper
dried herbs

red pepper flake

Instructions
1: Place tofu, cashew/almond flour, salt, nutritional yeast, seasonings & lemon juice in the blender. Combine until a smooth paste is formed. 2: Place the veggies in a deep baking dish. Pour the tofu-based feta in the middle, drizzle with olive oil and top with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. 3: Pop in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes. 4: Stir with a spoon until the tomatoes and feta meld together. 5: Mix in your cooked pasta until coated with the sauce.
