tsp coriander powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tbsp cumin powder

cup cilantro
Instructions
1: Pulse chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, baking powder, and flour in a food processor until you have a rough, course meal that’s not quite a paste. 2: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil. 3: Form the falafel mixture into balls. If they’re not sticking together, add more flour, a tablespoon at a time, until they hold together. 4: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the balls are crispy and browned on the outside & cooked on the inside, flipping halfway through the baking.View original recipe
