Place all the ingredients (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut, Medjool dates, almond butter, thandai powder, rose water) into a food processor and blend until a dough-like consistency is formed. Roll the mixture into small ladoo balls. Coat the rolled ladoos with your choice of pistachios, cocoa, coconut, or rose petals.
