These Italian inspired vegan canapés are a crunchy take on pizza and make for the perfect party starter or game day snack. Quick and easy to prepare, they're also great as an after-school treat.

1: In a pan, add oil, oregano/italian seasoning, and all veggies of choice like bell peppers, zucchini, sweet corn, pineapple, jalapeños and sauté for 2 mins. 2: Add dried basil, red chili pepper, salt, mix well and turn off heat. 3: Take a canapé basket, add the filling, top with Marinara sauce, cheese and olives. 4: Bake in the oven at 350F for 5 mins until cheese melts. 5: Top with a little Italian seasoning, fresh basil and serve immediately.
