Delicious vegan baked donuts made in a blender using clean and healthy ingredients. These donuts are easy to make and topped with a refreshing glaze, perfect for anyone looking for a guilt-free dessert.

1: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a donut pan and set aside. 2: Add all ingredients to a blender (minus the blueberries & glaze ingredients) and blend on high until smooth. The mixture will be thick! 3: Fold in the blueberries into the batter with a spatula. 4: Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan. Bake for 16-18 mins until the donuts are springy to the touch. Let it cool. 5: For the glaze, whisk together all ingredients of glaze and let it heat up for a couple of minutes. Let it cool and glaze the cooled donuts.
