1: Combine jowar flour, oats flour, rice flour, flaxseed meal, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, yoghurt, green chilli and ginger paste, cilantro, and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. 2: Knead into a soft dough using enough water. 3: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 4: Bake all the chaklis for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake again for another 15 minutes until they turn brownish and crispy.
