A complete soul satisfying daal for a quick weeknight, this No onion no garlic daal cooks super quick and is very adjustable! This nutritious dish is made with yellow moong dal and red masoor dal, combined with spices for flavor.

1: Start on your tadka (temper your spices). Put your instant pot on ‘Sauté mode’. Add the ghee/oil to your pot and let it get very hot. 2: Add the rest of the tadka ingredients gradually. 3: Next, add the daal ingredients & mix well. 4: Set pressure cook settings to sealing, High, Natural Release, for 2 minutes. 5: Top with lime & cilantro.
